Soniwell S.E., M.M., or Soni brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the jewellery business. Soni is the common surname for people involved in gold and jewellery business in Gujarat. Currently he is in doctorate program in Strategic Management from the University of Indonesia, focusing on machine learning to predict acquisition of biotech and pharma company in Nasdaq. He also holds Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Master's degree in Management from FEB University of Indonesia. Previously he was advising one of Fortune Global 500 SOE and involved in court supervised restructuring advisory. His distinguished academic background and professional experience underscore his commitment to excellence and innovation in the jewellery industry. Both of his parents are from Suvarnadvipa, the island of gold (Sumatera island).

Rachman Gifar, M. For. Accy., CPA, is renowned for his expertise in forensic accounting and financial audits. Holding a Master's degree in Forensic Accounting from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Rachman is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified State Financial Auditor, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and professional integrity. With a rich background in auditing across various industries, including a tenure at a Big Four accounting firm, he also serves as a lecturer at Universitas Indonesia. Rachman's leadership and analytical acumen are pivotal in steering Swarnabumi's strategic direction and ensuring financial robustness.
